Specify finished floor height.
FFH is the finished floor level. It is not the pedestal body height. Select the applicable adjustment range for the actual pedestal configuration.

Hot-dip galvanized steel pedestals · CAD p16–22. XXX represents the height option selected for the project; confirm the final code and adjustment range when ordering. Test results are listed for the specific pedestal configuration below.
Connect the support grid.
| Model | Height | Width | Length |
|---|---|---|---|
| ST-1G600 | 31.6 mm | 20 mm | 576 mm |
| ST-2G600 | 30 mm | 20 mm | 576 mm |
The stringer connection uses two fasteners, a cushion and a 6.5 mm slot. Use the listed 576 mm length when specifying the connection, and confirm wall thickness and fastening requirements for the installation.

ST-3C150 sample test.
SGS SHCCM150601633 records 20 kN axial load for 5 minutes, with three samples unbroken. The tested pedestal body height is 130 mm. Results apply to the tested ST660-B / ST-3C150 configuration and 130 mm pedestal body height.
Pedestal base installation guidance.
For a bonded pedestal base, use the specified adhesive and prepare the concrete subfloor according to the product instructions. Adhesive application guidance is separate from pedestal geometry, floor height and structural performance.
Questions about your raised floor.
When are stringers required?
HPL, Vinyl and Ceramic panels use flat-head pedestals with stringers. Bare panels can use either cruciform corner-lock pedestals or flat-head pedestals with stringers.
Is finished floor height the same as pedestal height?
No. Finished floor height is the level of the completed floor above the subfloor. Select the pedestal body, adjustment range and panel build-up to achieve the required level.
Which pedestal categories are available?
Flat-head pedestals are available in Low-profile, Standard, Heavy-duty and Super-heavy-duty categories. Cruciform corner-lock pedestals are available in Low-profile, Standard and Heavy-duty categories. The model table gives the corresponding height and adjustment ranges.
