Information you provide

When you submit a project enquiry, you share your contact name, email address and the project details you choose to include. A test report request also asks for your company and project country or region.

How it is used

Panelway (China) Limited uses these details to respond to your enquiry, discuss product requirements and prepare relevant quotations or documentation. Submitting a report request does not automatically release a full test report.

Online submission

The online form uses Cloudflare to process the request and verify submissions, and Resend for email delivery to forward the enquiry to nie@panelwayaccessfloors.com. An accepted submission is shown on the form. If submission cannot be confirmed, the form retains your details and offers direct contact options.

Downloaded enquiry copies

A downloaded enquiry copy is saved on your device. Downloading a copy does not submit the form or send an email. The form does not save the details you type in browser storage.

Drawings and email

Send drawings or other files by email, including the project name. Information sent by email is handled by the relevant email services and Panelway so our team can respond.

Verification and external services

The online form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated submissions. No advertising or analytics tools are added by this website code. Links to WhatsApp and other third-party services open when you choose to use them.
